How do I get started?

We can start by you filling out the form on the Contact page, or with a simple email or call. From there we can set up a free 15-minute consultation. We'll talk about your needs, goals, and which plan or service fits best. We understand that there is no "one size fits all", and we are happy to accommodate what you need most.

What are your service packages?

We offer a variety of service packages tailored to different needs. Whether you require short-term assistance or ongoing support, we have flexible packages to suit your requirements. Explore our 'Services' page or contact us for more details.

Do I have to use a service package?

Absolutely not! If you prefer one-off support, we are happy to provide services at our hourly rate.  

Are there additional fees?

Only if extra hours are requested or if additional services that fall outside the package scope (you'll be informed beforehand). To ensure fair coverage of travel time and expenses, services beyond a 10-mile radius will include a small added fee.  

What is your cancellation policy?

Cancellations within 24 hours of the appointment may incur a partial charge. We're happy to reschedule with advance notice.

How do I pay?

We accept cash, check, Venmo, or Zelle. We will be accepting credit card payments soon.

What if I don't see the service provided that I need? 

Reach out to us! Chances are we will be able to assist you, and if not, we will find who can assist you- on us!
